Shipping Policy

We ship United Parcel Service each business day. Please provide complete street addresses, including apartment or suite numbers. Orders received after 10:30am EST will be processed the next business day and then will be shipped within 1-2 days unless perishable. SUBSTITUTIONS: In order to meet your desired delivery date, we may substitute similar items of equal or greater value. We are not responsible for items shipped to addresses that are incorrectly entered. Please double check your order information before submitting the order. There is a $10 charge per package if the package must be intercepted by UPS and re-directed to another address. Holiday and Event Shipping: When placing your order, please keep in mind that orders placed today will be processed within 24 hours to ship Monday through Friday. Also, please make note of our Perishable Shipping Policy noted on this page. Non-perishable items shipped Standard delivery will arrive within 5-10 business after shipment of the order. Standard Service Rates are noted next to the price within our online store. All orders will ship Standard Delivery unless requested otherwise or perishable shipping requirements apply. Please allow 5-10 business days for Standard delivery. Express Service Add $12.00 per item quantity (for continental US) to the ground base shipping rates. Add $14 per item quantity to Alaska and Hawaii. Your order will arrive 2-3 business days after shipment. Super Express Service Add $24 per item quantity (for continental US) to the ground base shipping rate. Your order will arrive 1-2 business days after shipment, if order is placed before 10:30 AM EST. We will make every effort to ship Next Day Air orders the same day; however we cannot guarantee we will be able to do this during periods of heavy volume (shipping charges are not refundable due to late shipment, only late delivery). United States Postal Service (U.S. Mail) We only ship U.S. Postal to post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We are sorry, but perishable or expedited deliveries cannot be made by USPS. Unfortunately our website does not allow any orders to be shipped via USPS. Therefore if you need to send any of our products using USPS, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-628-2242 and we would be glad to assist you. Perishable Items Perishable items are shipped UPS on Monday-Tuesday, unless Next Day Air Service is requested. Please take note of the (A) or (B) beside the shipping rate. These are our perishable indicators. Upgraded shipping will apply as follows: (A)Items with this notation require Express Delivery West of Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan. (B) Items with this notation require Express Delivery to Florida and West of Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota and North Dakota.
